B-SIDE is home to the Ozone Artist-in-Residency program that provides 1 year subsidized residencies to mid career artists. Applications will reopen in the Fall of 2024.

THE STUDIO/2030 Brookside Ave

Redeveloped as a multifunction art studio and residency, it is currently occupied by a tenured artist. Attractive to various disciplines, this space comes fully equipped with a vaulted ceiling, a loft, kitchen, and a full bathroom, dedicated parking and loading area - serving as a spectacular well-lit exhibition and worksite.

THE OZONE/2129 Brookside Ave

Just three hundred feet to the east of The Studio, this former church is a non-commercial space on track to become a subsidized, mixed-use secondary artist studio and exhibition hall, by the summer of 2021. On the main floor, this site features access to a studio apartment and a 1,400 square foot art studio and exhibition hall; on the bottom level, there is a 1,000 square foot studio with a private entryway. The attached green lot is emerging as an outdoor art park and terrace.
